Our Billing Policies


We provide billing for Beverly Hospital, Lahey Outpatient Center, Danvers formerly Beverly Hospital at Danvers, Addison Gilbert Hospital and BayRidge Hospital.

We understand it is sometimes difficult to find the time during the day to call or visit if you have a question. We encourage you to email us at mybill@nhs-healthlink.org. If you prefer to contact a Customer Service Representative, please call us at 978.524.9950.

Hospital Bills

We will file a claim with your insurance carrier. Many insurances now have deductibles and co-insurance amounts which are due by the patient or guarantor of the insurance. Once your insurance has responded we will send you a summary of hospital charges along with the amount due. If you would like a complete itemization of hospital charges just email or call us and we will gladly provide this to you.

Payment Expectations

We offer a prompt payment discount of 10% of any balance due should you pay at the time of your service or 10 days from receipt of your hospital bill. If you are unable to pay in full, you should email us or contact a Customer Service Representative to make payment arrangements.
